What personal data we process, and why
Requests you send us. When you request a demo or a one-pager, you give us your name, work e-mail address, organisation and an optional message. We process them to answer your request, to e-mail you a download link for a one-pager, and to carry on the sales conversation about your request. The request goes to our sales team by e-mail.
Visits to the site. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow visitors across sites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps the technical logs every web host keeps (such as the page requested and the network address). The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent unwanted submissions.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal ground
The personal data you send through the request form is collected electronically, by your completing the form, and processed on the legal grounds in Article 5(2)(c) of the Law, being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and Article 5(2)(f), being necessary for our legitimate interests provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Technical hosting logs are processed under Article 5(2)(f) of the Law.
Who receives it
Our sales team, and the providers that run the site and send the e-mails: Cloudflare for hosting, analytics and protection against unwanted submissions; our e-mail provider (Brevo) for sending e-mail. These providers’ servers may be located abroad; transfers are made in accordance with the Law’s rules on transfers abroad.
How long we keep it
We keep requests only as long as we need them to handle your request and the sales conversation that follows.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request that it be removed under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law, to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
