inthouse operates this website for Compliance Manager for Microsoft 365.
What we collect and why
Requests you send us. When you request a demo or a one-pager, you give us your name, work e-mail address, company, the edition you are interested in and an optional message. We use them to answer your request and, for a one-pager, to e-mail you a download link. The request goes to our sales team by e-mail.
Visits to the site. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow individual visitors across sites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also keeps the technical logs any web host keeps, such as the page requested and the network address.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep requests only as long as we need them to handle your request and the sales conversation that follows.
Who receives it
Our sales team, and the providers that run the site and send the e-mails: Cloudflare for hosting, analytics and spam protection, and our e-mail provider.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our using it. Use the request form on this site and say what you need. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data on this site, we will update this page.
